Do you use natural gemstones?
Yes, we work exclusively with natural precious and semi-precious gemstones
Can I request a custom design?
Of course. We offer custom-made pieces in gold or platinum. Please fill out the form , and we’ll contact you to discuss all the details
How long does it take to create a custom piece?
Most custom pieces are crafted within 4–8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and gemstone availability
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Rates and delivery times depend on the destination and insurance requirements
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Bit, Isracard, PayPal, and major credit cards. Full payment is required before dispatch.
Can I resize my ring after purchase?
Yes. For custom-made rings, the first resize is complimentary within 2 months of receipt; shipping costs are covered by the customer. For ready-made rings, resizing is available for an additional fee
What is your return policy?
Ready-made pieces can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under Israeli law. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Do your jewelry pieces come with a certificate?
Yes. All gold and platinum pieces automatically come with an independent IGL gemological certificate confirming the natural origin of the stones and a market appraisal (suitable for customs and insurance) . For silver pieces, we provide a brand certificate of authenticity. An IGL report for silver jewelry can be arranged upon request, with an additional fee and extra lead time
