Returns & Exchanges

Ready-made pieces can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.

Custom orders (individual designs) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment & Ownership

Payment for ready-made pieces must be made in full prior to shipping.

For custom orders, a deposit is required, with the final payment due upon completion (approximately 4–8 weeks).

Ownership of the piece transfers to the customer only after full payment is received.
Warranty

All pieces come with a 12-month warranty from the date of receipt.

The warranty covers stone loss or breakage due to manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by impacts, snags, exposure to chemicals, or improper care.

For warranty repairs, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the warranty claim is confirmed, shipping costs may be reimbursed.

All pieces are handcrafted and shipped from Israel.

Ready-to-ship items are sent within 3–5 business days.

Custom orders are shipped within 4–8 weeks, depending on production time.

We use registered shipping with tracking number.

International delivery times vary depending on destination.
Refunds

Refunds for returned ready-made pieces will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 7–14 business days after the item has been received and inspected

Please note that shipping fees and payment processing commissions are non-refundable.
These are transaction fees charged by the payment provider and are not retained by Kristina K Jewelry. -
