Each jewelry piece is carefully packaged in an individual branded jewelry box, accompanied by a certificate from an independent gemological laboratory* and a jewelry care guide. We take special care to ensure that every order is securely wrapped and arrives to you in its original, pristine condition.
*For silver pieces, we provide a brand certificate of authenticity.
Returns & Exchanges

Ready-to-ship items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they remain in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.

Custom-made pieces (private orders) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, in accordance with Israeli law.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
